Program and messages

Novi Most LLC provides software through which a roofing company may choose to text its clients about an estimate, roof-related job, or service. The roofing company, not Novi Most, is the sender and is responsible for the communication. A message may identify the company, tell the recipient that an estimate is ready, state an estimate total, or provide a contact method. Messages are transactional only; the program does not permit marketing or promotional texts.

Consent, frequency, and charges

A recipient should receive messages only after giving the roofing company the mobile number and legally required permission for communications about the relevant estimate or job. Consent is not a condition of buying goods or services. Frequency varies with the estimate or job; no particular volume is promised. Message and data rates may apply. Novi Most does not charge the recipient for messages.

Opt-out, help, and carriers

Reply STOP to a message to opt out from that sender; the messaging provider may send a confirmation, after which no further messages should be sent by that sender through the program. A recipient may also tell the roofing company to stop by another reasonable method. Reply HELP for help, contact the roofing company, or email admin@novimost.app. Carrier delivery may be delayed or unavailable. Wireless carriers are not responsible for delayed or undelivered messages. Service availability varies by carrier and configuration.

Privacy and contact

Novi Most does not sell or share mobile information, including text opt-in data and consent, for marketing or promotional purposes. Phone numbers, message content, and related data may be disclosed to providers such as Twilio or carriers as needed to deliver a message, register a business sender, protect the Service, or comply with law. Those disclosures are not for provider marketing. See the Privacy Policy and Subprocessors attachment.
