Subprocessors and Service Providers

Provider list

The following reflects providers currently identified for the Service as of this version. Functions and information processed depend on the feature used, provider configuration, and the applicable provider terms. This list distinguishes providers that process Customer Data from public website resources and optional features; it is not a claim that each provider receives every data type.

• Replit, Inc. provides managed hosting and database and object storage for the Service and platform analytics. Hosting may involve account and Customer Data. Platform analytics may receive pageview or usage information. Novi Most's custom event emitter excludes private routes, but Novi Most has not verified that private-route pageviews are blocked from all platform-level analytics.
• Stripe, Inc. processes subscription billing, payment method information entered directly with Stripe, and billing status. Full card numbers are not received by Novi Most through the Service.
• Resend (Plus Five Five, Inc.) delivers email such as invitations, account notices, support communications, and estimate messages; relevant recipient email addresses and message content are transmitted for delivery.
• Twilio Inc. is used for optional SMS delivery and carrier registration when the function is enabled or used; relevant recipient phone numbers, message content, and Customer business details for registration may be processed.
• jsDelivr is a public content delivery network serving web styling or script assets. It may receive website visitors' IP addresses and browser connection metadata. It is not used to process Customer Data for estimate handling.
• Roof report parsing currently runs locally in the Service workflow and is not sent to an external AI service. No general or third-party AI training on Customer Data is authorized without separate written opt-in.

Updates and contact

Novi Most will update this list when reasonably practicable if a material provider role changes. The DPA governs notice of and objections to changes, including any notice required by applicable law. A new signed Order Form incorporates the version identified in that Order Form; an update posted later does not silently amend an existing signed packet. Contact admin@novimost.app with a reasonable written question or objection about a listed provider.
